Excellent

it is an opulent hotel manned by helpful staff but terribly managed. You get the maximum decibel prayer sound from saibaba temple at 4am and this goes on till 6am;making it impossible to sleep. The hotel has wi-fi but if you try to connect, you are asked use options and realise that you have to pay. No price list for wi-fi. The hotel staff shares this info, if you enqeuire. The cable tv does not deliver any of the popular English or Hindi news or entertainment channel. There is a knob in the floor to cause you to trip. The cement flower bed in front of the window is chipped and plants dead for want of care. The towels always look unlaundered.A sprawling property but nobody in charge and too many sore points

Excellent

The hotel was in its pre-launch phase. Though quite operational, the service was quite good. Kudos to the chef for the nice veg food that he gave us. We had both lunch and dinner. With a limited spread but wholesome and quite good. The room was LARGE - the AC was a challenge initially due to pre-opening phase, but settled down later nicely.

Good

We were traveling with an infant.Room has very low lighting and totally not user friendly. No minibar, no Room service menu, No hotel directory was given in the room.Only one writing table in the corner. There was no table to keep the food when room service food was ordered.Tray clearance takes forever. Breakfast buffet was average. Hotel has a good feel to it outside the room. But inside the room is not comfortable. There is a big scope of improvement in the mentioned areas.

Good

I liked the room and also the interiors but the ac of our room was not working properly at all. We kept calling the front desk for assistance and after more than 10 calls they shifted us to another room until then we had already wasted our four hours just calling them and telling them about our problem. They kept sending the electrician again and again but everything was in vain this was the first time I visited the hotel. The rooms were clean and interiors are good but hotel needs to work on their service and train the employees to take quick decision.

Hotel was on low occupancy so they switched of the ac and lights in the common areas. That apart its the best hotel in Shirdi. The rooms were excellent - large, spacious and clean. Nice bathrooms. Its a new hotel and I think they will do much better in the days to come. Recommended.

Superb

St.Laurn Meditation & Spa is at convenient distance from Samadhi Mandir. This hotel manages 24 hrs free of cost transport service to and fro hotel to main temple by car. This is very appreciable. Reception : I came at 7.30 AM to this hotel and reception staff was kind enough to help me to get suite ready by 8.30 AM. Actual time of check in is at 12 noon. I appreciate this for their kindness. Hotel Ambiance : I found hotel very clean and its ambiance is pleasant and comes into category of 5 star hotels. Room : I was in executive suite and it was neat and clean. Both rooms had LCDs and attach bathrooms which were also very clean. Both rooms were big and was well kept. House Keeping : I found house keeping efficient and quick. Dining : Breakfast was good which included many items to choose. Lunch was also good. Overall it was pleasant stay at this hotel.

The welcome by hotel staff was good. Rooms are very spacious. Higl level of cleanliness is observed. Ambience was excellent. The hotels scores a lot for being away from main street and croweded area. The food taste needs improvement (This is individual specific and may not be true with everyone). Overall, We enjoyed our stay.
