The hygienic condition was worst. There was leakage all over the place. The room (no.203) condition was also worst. The paint had come out all over the walls due to water leakage. The attached toilet was very filthy and looked like public toilets!!! The intercom facility was not working!! Inspite of buttoning call bell innumerable times, no one bothered to attend!!! We had reached the hotel at around 6 PM and wanted to take a hot water bath after long journey, but we were told that the hot water is available in mornings only. Our basic purpose for over night stay in Shirdi was to attend the KAKAD AARTI at 4.30 AM at Sai Samadhi Mandir on 18th Nov. And for that we woke up at 1.30 AM. We had informed the in-charge in the night duty on 17th Nov. night that we would require hot water early at 1.30 AM to which he assured me that he will make it available at the time we told him. When we got up early at 1.30 AM and told the in-charge to provide us the hot water at the earliest, he went

The non A/C room was not worth the amount they charged. Should have been probably around 300-400. Good only for keeping luggage, and if you don't have to spend time inside the hotel. No power during the morning when I had to check out. Had to carry my suitcase 4 floors down. Room paint is really bad. And the staircases are poorly kept. Would probably not go there again.

Hotel is very old hotel.Though we have booked non A/C room, we have asked to give A/C room since it may be maintained well.soon after we arrived, the reception shown the available rooms. All the rooms shown are well below the mark and there is no proper place to keep the suit cases and cloths.there is no wardrobe in any room and no table to keep the suit cases. After checking all the rooms shown,we have selected room no . 407, which is slightly better.e have asked to clean the toilets one more round and asked to change the bed sheets. After doing all these we have enterd in room where we have to keep our luggage on third bed available. The restaurant attached is not at all clean. We took only cofee from them.Though ythe temple is near by but not walkable. We have stayed three days with much difficulty abd paying 1300/- per day with A/C .At this cost neighbouring new hotel we would have got better accomadation with clean and neat atmosphere. Certainly we will not recommand this

Good

ACCESSIBILITY: 5/5 As mentioned in the description, the hotel was less than 0.5km from the temple. ROOMS: 3/5 We took two double rooms. One of them was good, the other was bad (no proper lights in room, bathroom not clean, flush not working, door had a big hole) FOOD: 3/5 The hotel has an in-house restaurant. We only had breakfast. South-indian dishes were good. SUMMARY: 3/5 Overall the hotel was decent, near to the temple. Seemed little overpriced, guess its the premium to be paid since it is close to temple.

The hotel was horrible in terms of cleanliness, maintanence and service. the walls were all damp and leaking. the outlet pipe of the wash basin was broken. There was no hot water. the stairs were all wet and slippery and the corridor walls were also damp and patchy due to water leakage. the room service was almost always unavailable to take the calls. In all the total experience even for a night was a NIGHTMARE. I did not expect this from Travel Guru. This was my first and last booking with Travel Guru. thanks for ruining my and my parent's stay.
