All in all pretty good hotel which I recommend to visitors going to Shirdi. Only problem I felt was all the rooms are smoking rooms. The room I got had lot of smoking smell from the last occupant. That was very bad considering I was with my family and a small kid.

This hotel is perfect for the Stay at Shirdi. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. I was surprised at Pick up arrangement from Manmad Stn at 8 am.The room was clean &bathroom was like a regular 5 star hotel look. Very clean, had all the shampoos, moisturizers, shower caps etc. Separate shower cubicle, no bath tub though. I ordered room service and the veg.food was excellent with the tava roti. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants to stay near Shirdi sai Temple.

The hotel is well suited for the overnight stay that the pilgrims seek. The rooms are average but the service is fast. They offer a limited vegetarian menu but make good food. Whats more, the hotel is next door to the temple. I strongly suggest a try!

I had chosen the Hotel on advise of my cousin who was all praises for it and I also was happy with my choice. Location - It is ideally located as the main temple shrine is at just 2 minutes walking distance. Rooms - Rooms are clean and nice, If they could provide a tea/coffee maker in the room than it would have been great. Food - Best part about stay at the Hotel was Food as it was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed and liked whatever we ordered. My 5 year old son who is typically forced by us to eat liked the food so much that he was ordering and eating on his own :-) All in all a good stay and value for money!

The hotel is OK on the whole. However, I had a terrible experience with reception staff. The toilet had suddenly broken and crashed on the floor of the bathroom at 11.30pm. On complaining they did not give us another room and we had to stay without a toilet for the nihg. At the time of checking out the manager at the reception asked us to pay for the toilet instead of apologising for the inconvenience caused to us and was extremely rude. I think you need to take it up strongly with the management. Well on the good part the food served in the room was lovely.

When we checked in, I was slightly dismayed at the hotel I had choosen. The reason being there was construction work going on and the entrance and the lobby were dirty/unimpressive. But the rooms (executive AC) were good, clean and spacious. Restaurant is ok. And the hotel is very near to the temple. This would be a good option as far as rooms/service is concerned.

A nice hotel, probably one of the best so near to the temple (it is around 100 meters from the temple). The rooms are very clean and the staff is courteous. They have a generator, so if the power goes you get a backup within 5 minutes. One problem was that the lift was not proper. Also, the bathrooms could have been better (they were not bad and were clean, but if I compare with the rooms, they could have been better). Would definitely recommend the hotel. Would also recommend travel guru for you bookings as they provided the best price and convenience.

My experience in this hotel was ok. The room was too small, but the staff behavior was co-operative and well mannered. I would think before recommending this hotel to anyone.

The first thing that disappointed us on reaching this hotel was lack of hotel's own parking area.We had to park our car outside on the road. The ambience of the hotel itself and the rooms are quite good, clean and well maintained. The breakfast at the hotel was quite good with lot of options and the service of the restaurant staff were quite exceptional I should say.We had breakfast included package, so I was expecting a limited option like so many three star hotels, but I was surprised with the choice of ala carte options we had. The food was also good.Ofcourse I wished they could provide with a tea/coffee maker in the room, that would have been really a boon, since this place is a temple town, and people have to wake up early to visit the temple, room service is available only from 7 am,so a tea/coffee maker in the room would have been a real advantage. But all said, our experience at this hotel overall was quite good.

Very good hotel at this price.Neat and clean room, good ambience in lobby.Room service is also good.Food is nice but with prices ranges in bit higher side for less quantity. If they can arrange a free pickup and drop at nearest railway sation they can score over all the hotels there.
