LOCATION : The location of the hotel is in the interior. It's located on the 4th lane of the Mahipalpur extension road. Even though there is a Metro station nearby (1 km away) the only way o reach it is on Foot. The only good thing about the hotel is the fact that it is relatively closer to the Airport.
FRONT DESK : The most unprofessional Hotel front office executive I have ever seen. When I arrived at the hotel and presented him my booking voucher, he said there is no reservation as such. He assigned me a small dingy room which was not actually the kind of room (Super Deluxe) that I had booked. This was a room that was actually much smaller and was more of a small extra room to handle over booking conditions in the hotel. He did that even though there were a lot of vacant rooms present. I was assigned the room after the housekeeping cleaned it. Another example of careless attitude. That was the smallest Hotel room I had ever seen. The very next day I threatened to cancel my stay
