Arakashan Rd is just half a kilometre from Delhi railway station. It is flooded with hotels. Some are old, and cheaper looking. Hotel Ajanta, for example, looks great from the outside. BUT the rooms were not as large or as clean as the rooms at Hotel Krishna. Krishna's bathrooms are also new and the tubs are sparkling clean. The lobby is large and impressive. All the youngsters on each floor give a hotel guest quite a bit of information about the surroundings, and everyone is eager to please. The only thing is, it's better to order Room Service than go up to the Restaurant, as it's not really functional. They are still constructing the area around, on the terrace. Room Service food is very good. Another difference between Hotel Ajanta and Hotel Krishna : we get complimentary breakfast at Krishna, and Krishna's room tariff is much lower than Ajanta.
