Hotel stay was good and comfortable, staff were very cooperative and professional.
But the travel arranged to ooty by the hotel people was very uncomfort and not as per the hotel standard. We have been arranged the swaraj mazda vehicle to commute to ooty ,which was very uncomfortable and conjusted. Driver and Guide allowed local people to drop in the same vehicle carrying large bag of vegitables, fruits etc.Standing and sitting on floors.Unnecessarily the hault at Gundulpet for 1hr for breakfast. For ooty lake they gave 20mins to visit and for botanical garden they haulted for 30 mins. Please warn or change the travel links
