It was not at all a good experience with this hotel. Our room was very dirty, their were no facilities in the room. Also there is no room service. The food was just ok in taste. Only the location was beautiful. Not worth the money.

A beautiful heritage hotel in a city of traffic. The architecture is magnificent and holds the vintage flavour of India. Good location with lakeview , good service and excellent value for money . What more can you ask for.

Good

the reception was not cooperative. on the way to hotel there is forest and chances are that bear can come on the way to hotel. the lightning system on the way was not good and no protection on both side of the way from animals from jungle. the restaurant is only in the main hotel building and if one is staying in the cottages which is 4 minutes walking distance from the main hotel building it is horrible to walk in rainy season and in winters when there is heavy fog and chances of bear to come on your way is very high. i will never stay in this hotel again.

On arrival , I was told that the rooms overlooking the lake in the main hotel were not available and had to settle for two small rooms in a annexe and pay more than what I had paid already ! I was quite upset with this.

Superb

Food quality and test was was awesome. Suggestions :- 1.Please arrange proper lights from the entrance gate to main hotel building as the 500mtrs road gets totally dark most of the time in the evening. 2.More Non-Veg options should be provided. 3.Rabdi - most famous dish in Mount Abu - is not available in the hotel !!

Room is well furnished, though a bit crowded, which made it claustrophobic. Balconies were too small to relax, and the road in front marred the privacy. Food quality is good. Restaurant location has a fine view of Nakki Lake. Hotel location is nice, though remote. Car-park is available. The staff are courteous and the property reminds one of its royal past. Overall, a good option for leisure travel.
