Hotel was fine but they have dirty bathrooms no proper ventilation nor any exhaust fans. I had complained this to the hotel staff however no action taken to this complaint. There are no mirrors in the room and no dressing table. The weather was good, the hotel is 2km from the market. Steam is non functional in the health club. I feel this hotel is more of a budget property. Staff is good. The room has minimum facilities.hotel is 2km from the market. Steam is non functional in the health club. Overall the hotel is good and one of the best properties there in terms of location and rooms, but the balconies needs to be maintained and polished. The restaurant ambiance is not good and the music is too loud..looks like a wedding venue.

Good

Hotel is good, but too far off. The Road to Hotel is real BAD. It is impossible to reach there in winters during snowfall by your own vehicle and hotel does not provide any courtesy service. So the only option you have is to hire a Taxi each time you want to visit the city or any other place or just want to go for a cup of coffee. I reached there in snowfall and I got the worst reception possible. Hotel staff asked me to park my vehicle in public parking, arrange for a cab myself and come to hotel. After much arguments they agreed to send a cab. Do Not to this hotel if you are going with your vehicle as all the time of your holidays you shall be worried about safety of your car. Do Not go to this hotel if you don it have a vehicle as you shall be handicapped due to the remote location of hotel. Food is good. Rooms are good. Good view is available only from Deluxe and Duplex rooms. Lifts don it work most of the times. Room heaters don???????t work during daytime even it is snowing outs

The rooms are very clean and well furnished. I was surprised at the wooden flooring and the Hitachi flat screen TV in the room. The bathroom was like a regular 5 star hotel look. Very clean and had all the shampoos, moisturizers, shower caps etc. Seperate shower cubicle, bath tub . I would recommend this hotel to any traveller who wants to stay in Manali .It is a good hotel in manali but if you want luxury then book only deluxe rooms in their new building as the other rooms interior is average and very small toilets. This hotel is around 2 km from the main Manali. Please note that they dont provide any food to your driver if you have one. (only stay) During off season they turn on central heating only in the night. They have three restaurants but during off season only one operates. The provide hot water only for 2 hours in the morning during off season. No oil heaters in the room which are must in such luxury hotels were climate is very cold (-5C) and the hospitality of the hotel

The hotel is located in a fantastic location with a wonderful view of the snow clad mountains. The season in which went was probably not the right one as we were not able to visit the city and get to certain places. The valley was heavily snowing. However the hotel took a good care of the room and ensured that there were room heaters available after evening. Even though the hotel promises of some free amenities like spa, shuttle cock but none were available as it was under renovation. Overall enjoyed the stay with snow.
