This was one of the worst hotels that I ever stayed in. First, in spite of calling them 3 times before the arrival, that we shall be late and he should keep the three rooms for us, when we reached at almost mid-night, they gave us only 2 rooms and it took another 30 minutes of fighting with the manager before the third room was alloted. Their so called Deluxe rooms were so bad that we requested them to upgrade us to their 'Super-deluxe' room with a differential of Rs.1500 per room-night. Even the 'Super deluxe' rooms were horrible. There was no proper lighting, one of the toilet false-roof was broken and it was leaking badly. Electric fittings were bad and could be dangerous for children. We stayed in a A class non A/C room in this hotel. We liked its location, it has proximity to the market, which was very convenient. The hotel can improve the maintenance a bit. The staff members were very helpful. We didn't have food here though. This is a recommendable property.

Our stay here was quite disappointing. Firstly the room we were provided was small & bit dirty too, it seemed old. The room service was not up to the mark as well. Even in meals there were very few options, they only served Maharashtrian Thali. This was a below average experience.
