We spent one night at the Hotel palace on Jaisalmer fort. It was a good experience overall. getting into details
Location: The location of the hotel is good. The roof top is excellent. The hotel is situated in the heart of the fort.
Rooms: Rooms are very small but clean. Decor is good. Only one problem is that there are is one window with another structure just besides the window which make it a bit cramped.
Service: There are only 2 rooms in this hotel, no restaurant. there is one care-taker who serves you breakfast (mainly jam - toast) and lunch / dinner from adjacent restaurants. The service is very good as the care-taker is a humble guy who really makes sure that you are comfortable
Check-in / check out time - Not sure what the official times are but we checked in at 5 in the morning and checked out at 4 in the afternoon. Almost stayed for 2 days at the cost of 1 day
Overall we were satisfied with the hotel....only if the rooms were slightly more spacious and airy.
