Good

This is one of the heritage hotels. The Hotel has no covered parking but has space to park about six cars, just in front of its entrance. The place is quite & peaceful.Staff is friendly & helpful ( though the service is bit slow) About the rooms, all i can say is that i have stayed in rooms with better amenities and at lesser price. One big drawback is lack of refridgerator, especially in a city like Jaipur. Apart from that the room was ok. The airconditioning worked fine and bed was clean. Room size is bit cramped though. There is a TV in room. One nice thing is that they had a big wardrobe and two tables in room. However, more could have been done to enhance the heritage appeal of the rooms Bathroom was ok, with all basic amenities viz. hot/cold water,a shower, washbasin, bucket, towel etc. However, afetr taking bath, i found that the room was flooded. The water seeps out from bathroom into the room as the bathroom is at a higher level. They should have done something.Good thin

Superb

I haven't seen such a hotel in my trip. I stayed several hotels in my north India FC trip. I can say this is THE BEST hotel. The room and service is at its best. I met the owner of this hotel. He visited our room and asked us to make their service better. How good! They have also given the second day breakfast at free of cost :-) I can suggest this hotel to everyone who planned to visit Jaipur. And a special thanks to travel guru for showing this hotel to us.

Good

We booked two rooms with inclusion of breakfast. The restaurant where we took breakfast was in a very bad shape having a single waiter who was not only doing the room service but giving the service to us. When we enquired they replied it is off season. Instead of giving us options for breakfast they told us they we can only have either boiled eggs or ommelett any of the one. The quality of food was very bad as the same was very oily not fit for any body. Toileteries kept in the rooms seemed to be used one and expired as giving a foul smell. Please do not recommend this property to any body else.

My worst experience of staying in a Hotel in my 35 years of carrier. Horrible service, very unprofessional behavior of the receptionist.Looting and harrassing the customer with hidden cost.
