To begin with it would help for the hotel to post some clear directions to reach the hotel. As for the hotel, location wise it served the purpose but quite frankly I won't return back. You go up the lift and enter a long dark passageway and then into a hall which in turn leads to your individual rooms (bed rooms). The hall is actually the common living room cum kitchen that is to be shared by the guests staying in their individual bedrooms rooms. It is a new construction. The bedrooms looked neat but overall the place needs a lot of sunshine and some people to not look ghostly. It was scary reaching up to your room on your own in the night. It was dark everywhere. No lights in the lobby. Forget that even the elevator/lift had no lights. No wonder the place is full of mosquitoes and I couldn't sleep at all on both the nights I stayed there.
I would hope that the management takes note of these issues. Just needs to be sensitive and rectify for they do not cost much.

This one not a hotel, can call a service apartment.
As per location it's very difficult to search.
Just one information help you to realise the service. they provide only shampoo in the bath-room, that was one rupee clinic plus sache.

the hotel is located in madhapur which is very close to hi-tech city and gachibowli so makes perfect sense for business travellers who have to attend work in those areas.
its a fairly new construction and is maintained quite well with spic and span floors and furniture. the a/c in the room was quite well and the room itself was sufficiently large. the complementary wi-fi connectivity worked well on my iPhone and the wash room was very clean and well-lighted. the tv in the room had all cable channels available but its a 17 inch old tv so had some disturbances
the hotel however, doesnt have any dining options. breakfast is provided complementary but it is brought from outside and was not that great but there are good restaurants within a km from the hotel. also, the hot water is a little problematic as you have to waste a few buckets of cold water after which the hot water starts and that again is not guaranteed all the time so beware if you go to this place in winter. room service
