1. We reached this hotel at 1630IST by our self. Our first shock was to pay them Rs.2250/- Receipt no.275 in the name of for festive seasons charges. But we have not seen there any festive activities.
2. Room is suffocative, though AC is not required for cooling but it was on whole night only to get fresh air as we were unable to open the one sided window as mosquitoes was there. Net is essential to save power for AC. Fan is enough. Staff is cooperating but due to pressure from owner we opted outside facilities.
Electronic locker helped a lot. Food was good. Nearer to jetty. One can travel by regular bus by paying Rs.10/- in all the beaches except elephanta.
Outside/inside of the hotel is beautiful.
