This hotel is value for money. I am not sure how the other traveler is saying that it is far away from the beach. It is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. You can actually get a good view of the sea from your room. The hotel is well managed and the staff is cooperative. The owner/manager is also polite and helpful to give information required. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was that there was no allocated parking for the car. Other than that a good hotel to stay in Goa in the happening part - North Goa.
