What is the one word that comes to my mind when I think about this beautiful resort? - COMMERCIAL.
No doubt, the resort is well maintained and beautiful, has courteous and prompt staff, has rooms that are clean and have a great view, has lot of activities for kids and adults alike, has good quality food with a decent spread, but at the end of the day, was I happy? No. What was it about this place, with all the above mentioned pros, that left me, and my family, unhappy. It is this attribute, the essence, that is at the heart of the resort - being COMMERCIAL. Everything looked so artificial, so superficial, to an extent that even the green trees seemed to be painted and the rain felt like it was coming from a hidden hose pipe.
Its quite a vague review, I acknowledge. But I hope a gentleman/lady, with a middle-class upbringing, will be able to relate to this and be well advised, if he/she is looking to be amidst nature in its green splendor, to choose a place more, well, natural.
