We drove from Mysore to coorg after a two day hectic schedule with all expectations to relax and destress. As we entered the capitol village hotel campus , it was indeed refreshing to look at beautiful garden, plants, trees and flowers. As we stepped down from our vehicle, we were bit puzzled to look at a huge gathering which seems to be for a marriage party and there was no one from the hotel to receive or guide us.WE could manage to meet the manager after some time and we checked into the room much to our dismay to understand that the power is off and there is no water supply in the bathrooms , the fans not running etc., Thus the first impression was terrible and bad in our minds.
The hotel managing team requested us to adjust a bit , citing marriage commitment as a reason and when we wanted lunch we were asked to wait for more than half an hour and what was provided was also not to our liking.The frequent power offs continued to irritate us.
The quality of the room is not an
